David Cooper, Manager
Branch Manager, David Cooper, has worked for Fred. Olsen Travel for almost 30 years, having started his career with Thomas Cook. He joined the company in the London office before relocating to Ipswich in the late 1980s and initially took charge of both retail and business travel operations in Upper Brook Street.

  Sarah Burnett, Assistant Manager
Sarah joined Fred. Olsen Business Travel in 1997 and was appointed Assistant Manager in 2002. She's been in the travel industry for 13 years, having previously worked in the retail sector.
     

Lorraine Brown, Senior Sales Consultant
Lorraine joined Fred. Olsen in August 1998 and became Assistant Manager in January 1999. She has worked in the Business Travel sector for 10 years, formerly with American Express. After leaving Fred. Olsen Travel to start a family, she rejoined the company in a part-time capacity as a Business Travel Consultant.

 

Carole Swift, Senior Sales Consultant
Carole has worked in travel now for many years, working for Fred. Olsen for just over 10 years. She has both retail and business travel experience, having also worked for American Express and A. T. Mays.

     
Gemma Adams, Business Travel Consultant
Gemma joined Fred Olsen Travel as a trainee in 2002 having completed an H.N.D in Travel Management.
She left to work overseas, where she gained wide experience in dealing with the travelling public and has now returned to Fred. Olsen to join the Business Travel team.
  Teresa Hardwick, Administration Consultant
Teresa is responsible for everything behind the scenes and deals with all administrative matters, including refunds. She joined Fred. Olsen Travel in 1990 at the Ipswich shop and worked on both retails desks and in the Business Travel department before leaving to start a family and returning to Business Travel on a part-time basis.
     
Paul Hendry, Credit Control Manager
Paul Hendry joined Fred. Olsen in 1988 and is responsible for the accounts receivables for Business Travel . As a graduate member of the Institute of Credit Management he has some 25 years experience in the Shipping and Travel related sectors.
  Angela Saydon, Credit Control
Angela joined Fred Olsen Agencies in 2003 as a Credit Controller for both Fred. Olsen Agencies and Fred. Olsen Travel accounts. She has been in the Credit industry for 8 years.
     
Steve Williams, Managing Director
Steve Williams joined Fred.Olsen Travel in 1988 and became Financial Controller in 2000. In April 2005 he was appointed Managing Director.
