I always knew I’d have a career in the Travel Industry. After studying Travel & Tourism for my GCSE’s, A Levels and at College, I was offered a part time position at The Co-operative Travel Felixstowe alongside studying an Extended National Diploma in Travel & Tourism at Suffolk New College. Between 2012-2014, I worked full time in The Co-operative Travel in Ipswich and Thomas Cook in Woodbridge. After working in retail for 4 years, I was looking for a challenge and change in my career when I came across the position of Business Travel Consultant here at Fred. Olsen Travel. Still wanting to be in travel, this was perfect.

Since joining in August 2014, I have worked my way up from Sales Consultant, to Senior Sales Consultant in 2016 and more recently, in September 2018 I was given the opportunity to become Assistant Manager which is my role today. I’m in my 5th year with Fred. Olsen Travel and I can honestly say I love what I do and couldn’t think of a better company to work for and be part of.

Favourite Destination - I have been very fortunate to have travelled all over the world including Thailand, Kenya, various States in the USA, India, Sri Lanka & The Bahamas to name a few. My two favourite destinations if I have to pick would be Thailand and Kenya. Thailand for its stunning beaches, culture & cuisine and Kenya for the amazing safaris I have been on in the Maasai Mara, Amboseli, and Tsavo East and West!
